Etli Nohut + Pilav


kitchen skills part 2:
Etli Nohut (Kichererbsen mit Fleisch) + Pilav (Reis)

first cut the meat into little pieces
boil the chickpeas and start cooking the meat
add tomato paste
add spices and keep cooking
add water
pour pre-boiled chickpeas in
fry some vermicelli
add rice and stir them 
(chickpeas are almost ready)
add water (1 to 1.5 ratio)
close and never open the lid!
result: perfect student dinner for Deniz & Aleksandra
